Can you please describe the situation with your property when you first met with Igor?

My disabled mother unexpectedly lost her husband/caregiver and was unable to manage the upkeep and financial requirements of their home. Yes, especially if they were facing foreclosure and had a property they needed to walk away from without further damaging their credit. I’m also very excited to see the transformation of my mother’s house of 20+ years that had gone into dire disrepair. Her neighbors will be experiencing a bump in their property value being in close proximity by the time he’s finished with the upgrades inside and out.

“…going through a rough patch…”

I was going through a rough patch with one of my investment property that was under water. My numerous calls to the Lender asking for a loan modification were going nowhere and this was burdening me with more stress.
